We process our nuts in our ultra-modern, state-of-the-art factory that incorporates the use of intelligent cloud technology as well as 3D innovation sorting to ensure only delicious nuts.
Our Macadamia
We select a network of smallholder farmers to grow our nuts and provide the support they need in terms of training and resources to grow our delicious nuts.
Processing
We hand-pick our nuts from rich-mineral soils and dry them in industry-standard driers until their moisture content is below 1.5% before our trained specialists crack them.
Sustainability
Our state-of-the-art sorters separate the nuts from their hard shells as our trained specialists grade them for different styles and pack them to ensure only the finest exotic quality.
